The Bressler Center

Welcome to The Bressler Center for Facial Plastic Surgery and Skin Care

At The Bressler Center, we focus on three areas:

  • The nose and its unique properties

Top-rated rhinoplasty surgeon, Fred J. Bressler, MD, FACS, performs as many as 200 nose surgeries a year, both aesthetic and corrective. Rhinoplasty – whether for men, women or teens – and revision rhinoplasty require an exacting knowledge of the structure and function of the nose. The goals of a rhinoplasty are different for each person, ranging from cosmetic enhancement to breathing relief, or a combination of both.

  • The face and neck and their structural characteristics

Dr. Bressler performs facial plastic surgery exclusively, which means he has years of training and experience in procedures such as face or neck lifts, eyelid lifts, brow or forehead lifts, implants and ear surgery. Because of this dedication, he is able to concentrate on and refine the latest techniques, procedures and treatments to bring each patient’s face into a natural balance and harmony.

  • The skin and its enhancement

Our Skin Spa has the capacity to comprehensively address problems such as wrinkles, sun damage, laxity, and other skin concerns with great success. Director of Aesthetics, Stephanie F. Harrold, LMA, offers a host of options for non-surgical skin treatments, including Ultherapy – recently featured on The View and 20/20. For deeper wrinkles, Dr. Bressler may recommend an injectable or filler, which he performs himself. In addition, the Spa offers a variety of proven skin care products to help maintain healthy, beautiful skin.
Why Have Facial Plastic Surgery?

To achieve the look we desire

Today's images of beauty pervade our culture and our consciousness. And in the midst of it all are our own personal doubts and fears: Do we measure up? Is the look we desire within our reach?

We all hold a different definition of what is beautiful, what is handsome. We are attracted and inspired by those individuals we find pleasing. And, we enjoy seeing people's eyes light up when they find us looking vibrant, rejuvenated and brimming with confidence.

Individual motives in seeking facial plastic surgery vary greatly from person to person. We might not like the size or shape of our nose or other facial feature. We might have a nasal breathing problem or a facial disfigurement that needs to be corrected. Or we may just want help with the issue of facial aging.

Whatever the motivation, plastic surgery can enable us to be the best we can. It's about confidence and attitude, and finding the right team to help realize our full potential. Making the most of aesthetic strengths and minimizing features that are less than ideal. These are the goals of facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Fred Bressler.
Choosing a Facial Plastic Surgeon

Look for experience and certification

When planning nose surgery or other facial plastic surgery procedures, it’s important to choose a surgeon whose thought processes and approach reflect years of devotion to the face. A facial plastic surgeon performs facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery exclusively, which means extensive training and experience, plus a high level of commitment.

Whether you are considering nose surgery, facial or neck surgery or an injectable or filler, you should insist on a facial plastic surgeon with outstanding credentials, an appropriate personal demeanor, and a spotless reputation. You also need the reassurance that your surgeon is one who does facial plastic surgery procedures successfully, and on a regular basis.
